RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from VimleshBadaya. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To request a return, please contact us at vimleshbadaya@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.
• Any certificate or documentation supplied with the item must also be returned.
• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customized, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order pieces may be returned within the same 14-day period. However, a 20% customization and production charge will be deducted from the refund.

This deduction does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please use a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.

Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at vimleshbadaya@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.

EXCHANGES AND RESIZING

For exchanges or resizing requests, please contact us at vimleshbadaya@gmail.com. Any price difference, resizing charge, and shipping cost will be confirmed before work begins.
