Every piece is handmade to order in our Jaipur workshop unless it is marked ready to ship. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for us to make your order; ready-to-ship pieces leave within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping

Shipping is complimentary worldwide. All orders travel by express, insured, tracked courier. Delivery usually takes about 3 days within India and around 10 days internationally once your piece has been dispatched. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Customised or engraved pieces can be returned but carry a 20% making charge, which is deducted from the refund.

Resizing

If your ring does not fit, contact us within 15 days and we will arrange a complimentary resize.
