Shipping and delivery

US orders of $250 or more qualify for free insured shipping; US orders below $250 have a $20 insured shipping charge. Returns and custom orders

Request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered and returned with their original packaging and any supplied certificates. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Made-to-order, customized, engraved or resized items are subject to the 20% customization and production deduction described in our return and refund policy; this deduction does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items.
